TYM Tractors Product Limited Warranty
TYM Tractors warrants that each TYM product is free from defects in both material and workmanship, and that TYM will repair or replace, at TYM's sole discretion, any parts which are determined by TYM to be defective in material or workmanship as per the coverage periods set forth below.

5-Year Warranty

• Years 1-3 bumper-to-bumper Parts and Labor
• 4th Year Parts and Labor on Drive Train only
• 5th Year Drive Train Parts only ($200.00 deductible per claim)
• Limited to 3000 Hours
• Batteries and Tires are warranted by Manufacturer
• Transferable one time for $250.00

All Fleet and Rental Sales have Three-year warranty

• Years 1-2 bumper-to- bumper
• 3rd Year Parts Drive Train only
• Limited to 2000 Hour

Attachments such as loaders, backhoes and mowers carry a twelve (12) month warranty only.

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty does not cover defects that result from accident, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper repairs, unauthorized alterations or modifications or neglect or use of replacement parts and accessories not conforming to TYM's specifications which adversely affect performance and/or durability. This Limited warranty also does not cover normal replacement items and services including but not limited to, light bulbs, filters, belts, motor brushes, brakes, fuses and switches, tires and tubes, clutch linings, engine tune up, wheel alignment and lubrication. "No authorized TYM dealer is permitted or authorized to change, modify or amend any terms, conditions or limitations and exclusions of this Limited Warranty". This Limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether oral or written, expressed or implied. All implied warranties, including warranties of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose and any other obligation on the part of the manufacturer and distributor of the TYM product are specifically excluded. TYM will not be liable for the expense, loss or damage, whether direct, incidental or consequential arising out of this Limited Warranty or the use of the TYM Product.
